Day 35 – Crafting my Story

Today's challenge is far too complex for me to complete in the time I have left this evening so I will merely craft an introduction.

This challenge beckons me to craft a story around the concept of fear, one that highlights a journey of facing it head-on. My narrative merely skims the surface of recent time, a period that felt like a purgatory—an in-between space, with an unknown future teetering on the edge of a precipice.

The chasm lay open before me, a void that beckoned from the abyss.

In this temporal expanse, the reins of time were mine to grasp, yet I was tasked with imbuing it with purpose and meaning. This tale is an exploration of my dance with uncertainty and the transformation that awaited on the other side.

Okay, well that read like the beginning of a science fiction story, but I suppose it was better than a generic “What I did last summer…”

I started a new leg of my professional journey today. I have taken on a role I’ve mastered but at a new organization which means l have an opportunity to continue to hone my skills. I enjoyed every person I met, each of my new teammates seemed to be delightful and I am eager to work alongside talented and creative individuals once again. My apologies for the stream of consciousness writing this evening. I’ll do better tomorrow.
