Day 39 – Crafting My Unique Selling Proposition

Today I’m challenged to write my unique selling proposition (USP). I’m going to cheat a little because it’s late…and I already have one on my website’s About Holly page. I played around with word placement and modified it a bit, but my message remains the same. I am bold, I am brave, and I am passionate about improving the lives of the people in my community.

Holly (She/They) is an unwavering champion of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, deeply committed to creating positive change in the world by fostering environments where everyone feels valued and included. Holly demonstrates authenticity in leadership at work and in their endeavors as a volunteer, benefiting numerous organizations and causes with an emphasis on progressing intersectional LGBTQIA+ rights. Rooted in a strategic mindset, Holly remains unyielding in their mission, eternally dedicated to empowering others along the way.
